Fish sauce tofu
By KimQuigley
This tofu was made by me accidentally. Judging from the name alone, there is really nothing special about it. What's so strange about it? When making this dish, I didn't put any salt in it. The salty effect relied on fish sauce and oyster sauce. The soup was fresh and a little sweet, and the salty taste was just right. This red peppers are very spicy after putting in two. It turns the originally non-strong dish into rice. Everyone can try it!
