Lotus root meatballs are called "Lotus Root Yuanzi" by people in Hubei. We used to eat it only during the New Year, but now many street snacks are sold.

Steps for fried lotus root round

Prepared ingredients.

Use a tool to rub the washed lotus root into fine powder.

Let the wiped lotus root paste stand for 5 minutes, squeeze out excess water, and boil it into a paste over medium to medium heat.

Cut the mushrooms into diced pieces, small pieces of coriander, and finely chopped ginger.

Pour mushrooms and other ingredients into lotus root paste, add a little salt and pepper and stir well.

Pour in the boiled lotus root juice and stir vigorously in one direction.

The oil in the pan heats up.

Fry the prepared lotus root round in the pan.

Remove and drain the oil and start eating.
