Steps for stir-fried mushrooms and cabbage

Wash cabbage leaves and remove roots for later use

Cut the cabbage leaves in half and then cut them vertically for use.

After washing and controlling the water, remove the mushroom handle (don't throw away this is more nutritious) and set aside

Cut a mushroom into 4 pieces, tear the roots into pieces for later use

Heat the pan to cool the oil, add mushrooms for 1 minute and saute until fragrant until soft, add half a bowl of water, and bring to a boil over high heat until the soup becomes thick.

Put the cabbage in the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute until the cabbage is slightly soft. Add a little salt to taste. Turn off the heat and serve on a plate
