Barbecue dried bean curd
By JannieBatz
Thank you for your encouragement and support. I will definitely cook more carefully, no matter what "others" say! I just made this in the kitchen. It's a snack to satisfy my cravings! Recently, I didn't want to eat meat, so I used dried beans instead. I made it myself with the mentality of giving it a try. I didn't expect it to be so fragrant! I actually sprinkled a lot of white sesame seeds on the photo, but the slits were too big and leaked out.

Steps for Barbecue dried bean curd

1
Wash the dried beans. (There seems to be very long dried bean curd strips. I couldn't find them here, so I used dried bean curd instead)
2
Toothpicks, barbecue ingredients. (Barbecue ingredients are generally sold on condiment shelves in supermarkets)
3
Cut the dried beans into small strips. (It should not be too thick, it will easily break when bent)
4
After scalding the toothpick with boiling water, fold the dried beans. (It looks a bit like the shape of a capital M)
5
Use a toothpick to fix the bending points of dried beans. (As shown in the picture)
6
It can also be cut into other shapes.
7
Put the dried beans into a slightly larger vessel.
8
Pour in the barbecue ingredients and gently shake and wrap them evenly.
9
Pour the oil into the pan and add the dried beans to slowly fry.
10
Fry one side, turn over and fry, and serve.
