Stuffed bitter gourd
Practice:
1. Add water to soak dried mushrooms in advance, squeeze dry water and chop them into the ground for later use. Add shredded mushrooms, starch, five-spice powder, garlic, and chopped meat to the meat filling (pork beaten with a blender is not so delicious)
2. Cut the bitter gourd into 4cm sections to remove the flesh, cook it in cold water to remove the bitterness, and then squeeze it dry.
3. Add egg white and salt to the pork. Insert the cucumber section and seal both ends with 50 grams of wet starch
4. Put the brewed bitter gourd into a pressure cooker and press for ten to twenty minutes.
