Steps for Stewed tofu with fish

Slaughter the garfish, wash it, and drain the water.

Cut the scallion and chives into sections, peel and slice the ginger.

Cut the tofu into square pieces, put it in clear water and soak with a little salt for 5 minutes.

Put the oil in the pan on fire and heat it up, and fry the fish on both sides thoroughly.

Add ginger slices and spring onions and saute until fragrant, pour in boiling water and bring to a boil, add a little pepper to remove the fishy smell.
