Steps for Thai seafood noodles

Soak the pork bones in water for 30 minutes, changing the water 2-3 times in between.

Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces, slice the lemons, rinse the lemongrass and place them in the marinade box. Wash the coriander and chop them into pieces.

Pick the shrimp line, cut the shrimp gun and beard feet.

Wash the clams with sand, clean the squid, cut the wheat ears with a knife; blanch them in a boiling water pot.

Remove it and immediately put it in ice water to cool for later use.

Put a little oil in the pan on heat, add onions and pepper rings and stir-fry until fragrant.

Drain the pork bones and stir fry for a while.
