Steps for Colorful pepper yam

Wash the green, yellow and green colored peppers and remove the pepper stalks and seeds for later use.

Peel the yam, cut it into sections, soak it in salt water for later use. (Because yams turn black easily, they need to soak them).

Put the chopped yams on the cage and steam them.

Cut the colored peppers into slices of basically the same size and set aside.

Mix egg white and water starch well.
