Steps for Orchid seed, white fungus and lotus seed soup

Lotus seed, white fungus, orchid seed, wolfberry fruit, rock sugar. Soak Tremella for 12 hours (overnight), remove the lotus core (some also have the core) and soak for 2 hours.

Put the white fungus and lotus seed cores into the pan, add appropriate amount of water to boil, and change to low heat and cook for 40 minutes.

Add rock sugar.

Add wolfberry fruit.

After cooling, add the orchid seeds and stir until it absorbs water and expands.
