By RowanShields
I haven't eaten dried beans for a long time. I have dried some fried meat in the sun for the past two days. It's delicious!~

Steps for stir-fried pork with dried beans
1
Soak dried beans in hot water until soft.2
Cut the meat into small pieces.3
Cut the red pepper into the ground, cut the garlic and green onions into sections, set aside.
4
Remove the oil pan (dried vegetables need more oil) and stir-fry the pork belly slices first.
5
When the meat is slightly charred, add minced red pepper and minced garlic.
6
Stir fry thoroughly and then add the soaked dried beans. Because the dried beans are thoroughly developed, just stir-fry without adding water.
7
Stir fry until the beans are oily, add salt, a little chicken essence, and spring onion.
8
Serve the pan.
