Sturgeon head soup
The inside of the sturgeon head is entirely composed of cartilage. After a long time of slow fire, a large amount of collagen contained in the sturgeon head is boiled out. It can fight human aging and repair body cell tissue. It is rich in nutrients and has beautifying effects.

    Cut off the head of the sturgeon, wash and drain.

    Slice ginger, soak wolfberry in warm water for 5 minutes, and squeeze dry; wash the coriander, chop it up for use.

    Put a little oil in the pan and heat it up, saute the ginger slices until fragrant, add in the sturgeon head and fry for a while.
