Steps for Moo Shu Pork

Put pepper powder, cooking wine, and corn starch in the meat slices and marinate for 10 minutes.

Soak black fungus and day lily in cold water and wash them.

Cut carrots, green peppers, cucumbers, and shallot for later use.

Beat the eggs with chopsticks.

Put soy sauce, white sugar, black sesame oil and a little water in a bowl and mix well to make a sauce.
