Curry shrimp fried rice

I like the taste of curry very much and often go to nearby Thai-style restaurants with friends. Curried chicken, curry shrimp, curry beef, and curry fried rice are all commonly ordered dishes. Last week, I made curry chicken rice, and this week I made curry shrimp fried rice. However, it seems that the curry powder is a little too little and the color is not yellow enough.

Steps for Curry shrimp fried rice

Prepare all ingredients.

Shell the shrimp, stir-fry the eggs until done, wash the mushrooms, carrots, onions, and green peppers and cut into dices.

Raise the oil pan, add the onions and carrots to stir-fry for a while.

Add the mushrooms and stir well.

Pour in the rice and stir well, add the curry powder.

Stir well, add eggs and green pepper and stir well.

Add shrimp and stir well.

Add appropriate salt to taste.
