Steps for Potato noodles in tomato sauce

Mix all cooked mashed potatoes, eggs, cheese powder, black pepper, salt, and flour evenly, cut them into small pieces, and press out the lines to help stick to the sauce.

First saute the chopped onions with less oil until fragrant, then add tomatoes and ketchup, add the stock, and salt to mix with the cooked sauce.

Pour the blanched boiled potato dough into the onion ketchup sauce, cook over low heat until cooked, and then serve the pan. Garnish with black pepper and shredded green onions.
