stir-fried skinned fish with leeks and flowers
I bought leek flowers and thought that I wouldn't leave them for too long or I would get old, so I had to stir-fry it as soon as possible. Because there was no meat left to stir-fry, I dug out the remaining 6 dried skinned fish, so I had this dish.
