Steps for Grass carp boiled tofu

1
Half a piece of tofu.
2
Cut into square pieces.
3
Wash a grass carp, cut into slices.
4
Two garlic, four ginger slices, and two fragrant leaves.
5
Heat the oil in the pan, wipe dry the moisture on the surface of the fish to prevent the oil from splashing, or sprinkle some salt. Logically speaking, adding salt to the oil is unscientific, otherwise cover the lid. That's what I did.
6
After the surface of the fish color changes, add spices.
7
Stir up the spices and add in the seasonings: 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of cooking wine, half a teaspoon of paprika powder, a little pepper, and bring to a boil with appropriate amount of water.
8
Then skim the fish to one side and put it into the tofu.
9
Place the tofu on the bottom and immerse in the soup.
10
Bring to a boil over high heat until fragrant, add in chicken essence.
