The last time I went to a Korean supermarket, I encountered a special sale on salmon fish head, so I bought more than 10 pounds. After I came back, I cleaned it and sub-packed it, and frozen it and ate it slowly. I went to a friend's house a few days ago. She said that the fried salmon fish head was delicious. She tried it when she came back. It was very delicious.
