My son doesn't like to eat fish because he is afraid of fish bones, so I can only often cook fish without many fish bones. Today, when I bought this fish, I asked the shop owner to cut it and remove the head. This fish head has no meat but is hard.

Steps for Braised yellow croaker

Wash the fish and drain it.

Cut the seasoning well and set aside.

Heat the oil pan, add the fish and fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove.

Add the fried fish, add rice wine and spray to wake up.
