Steps for stir-fried edamame with dried plums and vegetables

All ingredients are ready.

Peel the edamame into rice beans and clean it.

Soak dried plum vegetables in warm water, wash and set aside.

Wash the carrots and cut them into dices.

Heat the wok, pour in appropriate amount of cooking oil, add green onions, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Put the edamame first and stir fry.

Stir fry for about 2 minutes, until the edamame changes color, add appropriate amount of salt.

Add water without edamame, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

When the water is almost dry, pour in the dried plums and vegetables and stir fry for a while.

Stir fry for about 2 minutes and add diced carrots.

After the diced carrot color and soften, pour a few drops of sesame oil on it, turn off the heat and serve on a plate.
