    Wash the pork belly, boil a pot of water, put the pork belly in and cook until it is 7 or 8 ripe, pick up and drain the water, apply salt, and marinate for about half an hour. Put the oil in a clean pot to bring to a boil, put the marinated meat in and fry it over medium heat, with the skin on the bottom and the meat on the top, then turn it over until it is fried until it is golden brown, pick it up, and then cut it into thin slices for later use.

    Cut the taro into small strips.

    Roll up the pork slices, put the shredded taro in the middle, and shape the shape with a toothpick.
