I like sour soup and fat beef, but it's complicated to make it. I bought ready-made fat beef slices and spicy sauerkraut and added some fans to cook it. The taste is absolutely OK.

A box of ready-made beef slices is ready for use.

Cut the spicy cabbage into the ground and soak the vermicelli for later use.
