Frozen shrimp bought in the supermarket. Wash the shrimp, pickle with salt, cooking wine, a little soy sauce, and starch for 10 minutes.

Cut the tofu into small pieces, base the oil in the pan, add some shredded ginger and saute until fragrant, then add the tofu and fry it slightly.

Add some water to the pan, pour in the shrimps, add some soy sauce, and stir gently.

Bring to a boil over high heat, add some salt, and turn to low heat and simmer for four or five minutes.
