Steps for Baked taro with egg yolk

Prepare the yu head and egg yolks.

Cut the taro into thick strips.

Put the taro in a steamer and steam it.

After steaming, place it in a container, sprinkle with starch and mix well.

Add the oil in the pan and heat it up, add the small Yu head and fry until it turns slightly yellow, take out and drain the oil.

Leave a little oil in the pan, add the egg yolks, crush them over low heat and stir-fry until they foam.
