Steps for Potato stewed meatballs

1
Put the pork meatballs (I used both pure pork meatballs and pork meatballs with spinach) on the plate and set aside.
2
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces, soak them in clear water, and remove them for later use; soak the mushrooms in hot water, add a little flour and wash them, and make everything for later use.
3
Heat the oil pan and saute the chives and ginger.
4
Add the potatoes and mushrooms and stir fry well.
5
Pour in the meatballs and stir fry well.
6
Add 1 spoon of cooking wine to remove fishy smell, add 1 teaspoon of straw mushroom soy sauce to color, add 1 spoon of oyster sauce to taste, and stir-fry well.
7
Add half a bowl of hot water (broth is better) and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. When the soup is slightly thicker, add a small spoon of white sugar, and then add appropriate amount of salt and monosodium glutamate (it is recommended not to add for children). After medium heat, collect the soup after five minutes and serve it out of the pan.
