Steps for Haimixihu

Soak the sea rice in warm water, wash and remove the shrimp paste, and set aside.

Cut zucchini and carrots into diamond-shaped slices, soak the fungus in warm water, wash and tear the small flowers, and place them in a plate for later use.

Oil pan, 70% heat, saute chives, ginger and garlic.

Add the sea rice, pour the cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, and stir-fry over low heat to create the fragrance.
