Steps for Japanese Fat Beef Rice

Wash the rice thoroughly, place it in a rice cooker, add appropriate amount of water to steam it.

Wash carrots, peel and shred. Remove the leaves of celery, wash and cut into sections. Add dry starch and grasp well.

Pour a little oil into the pan and cook until it is sixty-ripe, add the carrots and stir-fry until done.

Then add the celery section and stir fry well.

Add the fat beef slices and continue to stir fry.

After the fat cow changes color, add salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, and oyster sauce and stir fry well. Finally, thicken with water starch and turn off heat.
