Shrimp-flavored bean dregs balls

Steps for Shrimp-flavored bean dregs balls

1
Add a small amount of rice wine to the shrimp heads and place them in the cooking machine and break them.
2
Add the shrimp paste to the bean dregs, add salt, pepper, ginger powder, and oil and mix well.
3
Add flour and appropriate water to make batter. (The amount of water must be added according to the dry and wet nature of the bean dregs. I mix it a little thin)
4
Use your hands to squeeze the batter out of the ball.
5
Wrap it in a layer of bread bran.
6
Put it in a frying pan and fry until golden brown, remove and drain the oil, and serve.
