Of course, roasted chestnuts or roasted sweet potatoes.
I didn't expect that I could make such delicious roasted chestnuts at home, and it would be so simple.
What I make is original flavor. The roasted chestnuts will open with one pinch with your hand. They are very easy to peel and taste sweet, smooth and fragrant.

    Wash the raw chestnuts you bought and wipe dry with a tissue.

    Use a knife to cut each chestnut, or cut a cross knife (not too deep, just cut the skin. In fact, you can just cut it with a knife, and the roasted chestnuts will break with a pinch). Raw chestnuts are not easy to cut, so you must pay attention to safety! (If you want to make sugar-fried chestnuts, put the chopped chestnuts into a bowl and add appropriate amount of edible oil, including corn oil, sunflower oil, or olive oil. And stir the chestnuts to cover the surface of each chestnut with a layer of oil)

    Put the processed chestnuts in the oven at 200 degrees C, on the middle layer, and roast for about 25 minutes (please adjust the length of time according to the size of the chestnuts). I used 180 degrees for the first time and it took about 50 minutes. (If you want to make sugar-fried chestnuts, the next step is to mix the white granulated sugar and water, heat it over water and stir evenly, so that the white granulated sugar can fully dissolve in the water. Take out the roasted chestnuts, dip them in the prepared sugar water with a brush, and brush them evenly on the surface of the chestnuts, especially the cracks several times. Then put into the oven and bake for another 5 minutes.
