Last weekend, I ate roast duck at my mother's house, but there were half of the ducks left. My mother insisted that I pack it and take it home. After I got home, I invited it into the freezer. In the past few days, the weather has gotten colder, and I wanted to eat something spicy and hot, so I turned it out, cut a duck leg, stewed it with tofu, and added spicy peanuts. It was quite enjoyable to eat.
