Steps for Chestnut paste with oil

1
Mix the dough with warm water, take appropriate amount and roll it into a large cake, about 3 mm.
2
Put a small amount of flour into a small bowl, add oil, and stir until it becomes puree. (It's used to make crisps. There's no weight at home, so it's just based on feeling and not too thin.)
3
Spread the pastry evenly on the cake with a spoon.
4
Roll up the pie from one end, roll it, and cut it into equal sized pieces.
5
Roll out the small dose into palm-sized pieces. After boiling the chestnuts, peel them, add a little water and add a little sugar (the ones I bought are not sweet, but if the ones I bought are sweet, you can put no sugar in them), boil them over low heat, and see the chestnuts turn into grains.
6
Put the chestnut paste on the dough and wrap it.
7
Roll out the wrapped cake gently.
8
Put into the pan over low heat and fry until both sides are golden brown.
9
Finished product drawing. My cake is a little thick and I put in less oil. I suggest you roll it thinly and put in more oil.
