Steps for dumplings

Cut leeks into 1 cm thin and mix with salt.

Chop the washed pork well (pork belly is best, you can use lean meat without pork belly).

Then start steaming (because I used to cook it every time, now I switch to steaming), be sure to brush the steaming grid with a little oil when steaming, otherwise it will be all sticky.(Hehe, because there is no steamer at home, so use a frying pan to steam).

While steaming, I began to mix the sauce. Take a small bowl and add minced garlic, minced ginger, chicken essence, pepper powder, five-spice powder, soy sauce, vinegar, and chili oil. Just chopped green onion and wait, don't forget to add salt.
