Ace tofu pudding
Speaking of scallion pancakes and tofu pudding, they are really my favorites. My favorite thing is the tofu pudding made by my mother. I remember when my mother made tofu pudding when I was a child, she would make a large basin every time, and I don't know what was put in the brewed soy milk. Mom always said: Don't lift the lid on the basin. Otherwise, soy milk cannot be turned into tofu pudding. The more mom talked about it, the more I wanted to reveal it. There is also the fragrant gravy made by my mother. I always finish eating the tofu pudding and then serve it with gravy for one night. Either add noodles, or add rice
