Osaka people never go to restaurants to eat octopus meatballs cooked in Osaka. How well my family does it, cheap and full of materials-by Professor Chiano.
In my impression, Osaka people are the easiest Japanese to get along with. They are straightforward and easy to associate with, which is more like northerners in China; men are not so macho and know how to live their lives carefully, which is more like southerners.
This Osaka yaki was secretly learned from Professor Chiano's home from an authentic Osaka native. It is delicious and easy to cook.
