turnip cake
By CadenMraz
I don't like to eat normally, so I always make small cakes and other things. Today, I would like to introduce you to a very simple sugarcane cake. We rarely eat sugarcane cakes in China, but they are an indispensable dish every day in South Korea. Whether it is pickles, soup, cakes, or hot pot, even barbecues are eaten wrapped in sugarcane leaves. The sugarcane leaves not only have a unique taste, but also have certain medicinal value. They can relieve external symptoms and dispel cold, inhibit bacteria and detoxify, relieve cough, reduce phlegm, regulate qi and prevent pregnancy, and are very beneficial to the body.
