Steps for Hot and sour lotus root slices

Lotus root, garlic, ginger, dried chili, pepper and white vinegar

Peel and beat the garlic into pieces, shred the ginger, and cut the dry chili into sections for later use. (As shown in the picture)

Peel and wash lotus roots.

Cut lotus root into thin skin.

Put the chopped lotus root slices in salt water to avoid turning black.
