Salmon stewed with pumpkin and celery

I often see large salmon fish heads sold in the market, and the asking price is not expensive, about ten yuan per catty. Cantonese people like to eat fish heads, and of course I am no exception, so I bought one and ate it with some mixed vegetables. It is quite fragrant.

Steps for Salmon stewed with pumpkin and celery

Cut the salmon head in half.
