Steps for Cumin chicken gizzards

Chop green onions and garlic into minced paste for later use.

Cut the chicken gizzards into slices, add cooking wine, tender meat powder, and salt and horse flavor.

Put the oil in the pan and cook until it is 8 minutes hot, and pour in the marinated chicken gizzards to soak the oil.

Saute until golden brown, pick up and drain the oil. Prepare cumin powder and cumin grains.

Take another pot and heat the oil until it is 5 minutes hot, add green onions, garlic and cumin powder and saute until fragrant (depending on your taste, add pepper and chili powder if you like spicy food).

Then pour in the chicken gizzards and stir fry constantly.

Add soy sauce, pepper powder, cumin grains, and chicken essence, stir well, stir-fry until fragrant, sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds.
