Steps for Fresh soup wonton

Remove the celery leaves and leave the stems.

Pour water in the pan, boil the water, add celery stalks and blanch it, and remove it for later use.

Chop the celery stems, place them in a basin, wrangle out the water, and place them in a slightly larger basin.

Peel a green onion and chop it into pieces. Take another piece of ginger, chop it up, and place it in the basin containing celery.

Take a piece of pork meat, cut it into small pieces, put it into a meat grinder, grind it into meat filling, and place it in a stuffing basin.

Add soy sauce.

Add cooking wine.

Prepare ready-made wonton skins and a small bowl of water to prepare the wontons.
