Spinach bibimbap

Spinach bibimbap
My family rarely eats spinach. I only bought spinach because it tasted delicious at a neighbor's house. I bought a bundle and ate it for two meals. Originally, I wanted to mix one and stir-fry one, but in the end, I still thought it was delicious, so I still mixed it. It seems that stir-fried spinach will have to wait for the next time.

Add oil to the water for blanching vegetables to make the vegetables more fresh and green; the vegetables and rice are pressed together and only when they are inverted can they be in shape.
