Chicken wings stewed with yam and sweet potatoes
By TomasaBednar
The weather has been cold recently and I like to make some soup to drink. I like to eat yams, but I usually cook them with ribs and seaweed. Even if I eat pork ribs and yam stew, which I often eat, I can't find the pork ribs this time. I found a piece of chicken wings, so cook it with chicken wings. Don't say, it tastes really good. Add sweet potatoes in and you don't have to make rice. You can eat a bowl until you're full.

Steps for Chicken wings stewed with yam and sweet potatoes

1
Prepare the ingredients. Cut the chicken wings into half from the middle. After washing the sweet potatoes, do not cut them into sections with a horizontal knife. Peel the yams and cut them into hob pieces.
2
Boil the pan dry over high heat and add a little more oil than usual when cooking. When the oil is 60% hot, add rock sugar to melt it. When the rock sugar bubbles, quickly add the chicken wings and stir-fry the chicken wings to color sugar. After frying sugar, add 3 teaspoons of soy sauce and continue to stir-fry for a few times.
3
Pour in the sweet potatoes, stir-fry with the chicken wings for a while, then add the yams, spring onions and aniseed.
4
Add clear water without the ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat, and then turn to medium heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add appropriate amount of salt and monosodium glutamate before turning off the heat.
