Mixed vegetable pork bone soup
By LiaReichert
Why is it called miscellaneous vegetable soup? Because it contains carrots, fungus, and sea cabbage. Damn it, there are vegetables, fungi, and seafood. In fact, I am quite dizzy. I originally wanted to make fungus and pig bone soup, but the day before, a certain comrade didn't control the amount of sea cabbage well, so he made such a big bowl of sea cabbage. He put some in the wonton soup, but he couldn't throw away the rest. I just put it in the bone soup. It's good or not. The result was surprisingly fresh, and I thought it would smell fishy.

Steps for Mixed vegetable pork bone soup

1
Cut the big bones into pieces, wash them, put cold water into the pan, boil over high heat, skim off the floating foam, and then rinse off the residual blood foam with warm water.
2
Pour enough cold water into the casserole, put the washed bones in, then add ginger slices and spring onions, and turn to low heat to start making soup.
3
Wash the soaked fungus, cut the carrots into flower shapes with a cutting die, and soak and wash the sea cabbage. After one hour and forty minutes, add fungus and sea cabbage to the casserole.
4
Ten minutes later, add carrot slices and appropriate amount of salt again. Just cook for another ten minutes and it will be fine.
