Steps for Roasted rapeseed with mushrooms

Clean the rapeseed and put it into a plate for later use.

Clean the blanched mushrooms, clean the carrots, cut them into small pieces, and cut the green onions into minced ginger and place them on a plate for later use.

In a hot pan, put oil and saute chopped chives and ginger, five-spice powder, and add carrot slices.
