Microwave kebabs

Microwave kebabs
Last weekend I really wanted to drink mutton soup, so I went to the supermarket to buy some mutton. I only had mutton legs, so I bought two kilograms of mutton leg meat. I used about one-third of the mutton soup and drank it for two days... This weekend, Daliang was thinking about my mutton and said he wanted to eat kebabs... I bought some more chicken breasts so that I wouldn't get tired of eating them.

Bamboo sticks bought at the vegetable market, wash them at home, and then scalm them with hot water. Cut the mutton and chicken breast into small pieces, about 1 cm.

  • edible oil 2 tablespoons
  • soy sauce 4 tablespoons
  • soy sauce half a spoonful

The chicken breast was marinated with cooking wine for a while. I used fried chicken powder, about three spoonfuls of fried chicken powder, one spoonful of soy sauce, half a spoonful of salt, and one spoonful of cooking oil, mix well and marinate for more than an hour.

Use bamboo sticks to make meat kebabs. As the saying goes, practice leads to true knowledge... It is recommended that the mutton be strung a little tighter. The mutton has a lot of water and is easy to shrink. If you like to eat fatter ones, you can string the fatter ones in the middle. Microwave the chicken kebabs on high heat for 2 minutes, take it out and brush it with sauce (the chicken breast I mixed was light, so I brushed some of my own sauce), turn over and continue to high heat for 2 minutes. Brush the sauce and roast it, and the chicken breast will be less dry. Heat the mutton on high heat for 3 minutes, take it out, pour out the soup water from the plate, sprinkle with cumin grains, turn over and continue to heat on high heat for 3 minutes.

The sauce of the chicken kebabs can be adjusted as you like. Mine only put some chili sauce and yellow sauce, and add water. Those who like to eat sweet and sour foods can also make some ketchup and add some soy sauce according to the salty taste. I used two small pieces of chicken breast meat, and I can string 8-10 skewers. The mutton is about 300g, and there are probably about ten skewers.
