Steps for braised pork with plum vegetables

1
Prepare the materials. (The plum vegetables are soaked in advance, and the pork belly is soaked in advance)
2
Chop green onions, ginger, garlic, and chilli to set aside.
3
Cut the pork belly that has been soaked in water into large pieces.
4
Pour a little oil into the pan and fry the pork belly on both sides until brown. (If it's too troublesome, you can fry it in oil; remember to cover it with a lid, otherwise it will easily splash it!)
5
Fry until the surface turns slightly yellow.
6
Cut the fried pork belly into small pieces.
7
Leave residual oil in the pan and saute chives, ginger, garlic, and chilli.
8
After frying until fragrant, add the drained plum vegetables and stir fry.
9
Add the chopped pork belly and continue to stir fry.
10
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar.
11
Add half a teaspoon of salt.
12
1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
13
Finally add 1 tsp of oyster sauce.
14
Pour water into the plum vegetables and pork belly.
15
Cover the pan and heat over medium for about 10 minutes. (Remember to open the lid and stir fry evenly in the middle)
16
Cook until the soup becomes thick, turn off the heat, sprinkle with a little chicken essence, take out of the pan and serve on a plate.
17
Have a piece of pork belly and try it ~

A very home-cooked dish and one of my favorite dishes.
