Steps for fungus in onion oil

After soaking and washing the fungus, tear it into small pieces (I use cold water to soak it in the morning and eat it at night). Cut the green onions into sections and separate the green and white parts for different purposes.

Remove the pan and add the oil. After heating, stir-fry the green scallions over medium to medium heat to create the fragrance. When the onions are fragrant and the scallion sections are dry and yellow, fish out the scallion sections and leave the scallion oil. (Focus on onion aroma)

Heat again, add in the white scallions and stir fry.

Add fungus and soy sauce in turn, and continue to stir fry over medium heat. Add a little water in the middle and add a small amount of salt as appropriate before taking out the pan
