Steps for Golden Cordyceps Huaishan Chicken Soup

Cut the old chicken into pieces, put appropriate amount of water in the pan to boil, boil the chicken pieces to remove the blood, and rinse them with cold water for later use. Peel and wash the Huaishan Mountains, cut into small pieces for later use.
