Steps for Stewed loofah with shrimp skin

Main and auxiliary materials: loofah, shrimp skin, onion.

Peel, wash, and cut into strips.

Raise the pan to heat the oil and saute the chives flowers.

Add the loofah strips.

After stir-frying evenly, add appropriate amount of water.

Bring to a boil and simmer for about 3 minutes.

Add shrimp skin, add salt and monosodium glutamate to taste.

Bring to the boil again and turn off the heat.

Remove from the pot and pour into a bowl.
