Kung Pao potato and beef diced
By JodieHintz
Actually, I'm not sure what to call this dish. It was made by searching all the things at home on a whim. It feels like a Kung Pao dish, so I'll call it a copycat version. This blindly crafted dish tastes really good, so I posted it and shared it with everyone. Spicy, crispy, crispy, and crispy, with the flavor of coriander lingering on the aftertaste ~

Steps for Kung Pao potato and beef diced

1
Frying peanuts was troublesome, so I decided to use the microwave to make it. A handful of raw peanuts, sprinkle with some oil and mix well. Put in the microwave and turn for 2 minutes, then let cool.
2
Cut potatoes into slices and wash them twice with water to wash off the starch.
3
Cut the beef and cucumber into small pieces.
4
Ingredients and family portrait.
5
Chop the chilli, garlic, and ginger into pieces.
6
When the oil is 60% hot, add the chopped peppers, garlic, and ginger and saute until fragrant.
7
Add the beef, stir fry to change color, and add cooking wine.
8
After the meat changes color, add the potatoes, stir fry for a few times, and release them to smoke.
9
Add fried peanuts cooked in the microwave.
10
Add the cucumber when the vegetables are almost fried, so that it will have the fragrance of cucumber. Then add salt.
11
Finally, turn off the heat before taking out the pan and add the coriander.
12
Out of the pot! Serve the food.
