Steps for Stewed beef brisket with radish

1
Cut the sirloin into small pieces.
2
Cut white radish into hob pieces.
3
Remove blood and foam from the brisket with flying water, rinse with clean water and drain dry for later use.
4
Heat oil in oil and saute the ingredients over medium heat until fragrant.
5
Pour in the sirloin, pour in a little drop of fragrant white wine and stir well over medium heat. (Putting a drop of fragrant white wine is mainly to remove the smell of cattle)
6
Stir in the remaining seasoning over medium heat until well seasoned.
7
Add appropriate amount of boiling water and turn on high heat.
8
Add the chopped white radish pieces and bring to a boil.
9
Pour into a pressure cooker and cook for 8 minutes. (It should have been casserole. Hehe, I used a pressure cooker because I was lazy. The pressing time can be changed according to my own requirements)
