1
Step 1: Marinate the meat one day in advance ~~ Put some soy sauce ~ ginger slices ~ white wine ~ salt ~ chicken essence in it to taste.

Wash the glutinous rice.
3
Step 2: Wash the glutinous rice, add soy sauce, salt and chicken essence to season with appropriate amount ~ stir well.
4
Step 3: Put the zongzi leaves in boiling hot water to get hot ~ the zongzi leaves must be hot! This step must not be spared.
5
Let's take a look ~ This is the comparison between the unburned and the scalded rice leaves ~(The left side is the unburned rice leaves and the right side is the scalded rice leaves) It is obvious that the scalded rice leaves on the right are greener than the ones on the left.
6
Step 4: Place the scalded rice dumplings in a large basin filled with cold water that has been washed.
7
Step 5: Cut the yellow-colored triangle-like thing at the top of the zongzi leaves (because I don't know what it is called, so I have to describe it as such).
8
Step 6: Start wrapping ~ Select 3 pieces of medium-sized rice dumplings first ~ stick one with water ~ Pay attention to the front of the rice dumplings leaves facing you.
9
Tip: Tell everyone how to distinguish the front and back of the rice dumplings ~ See the protruding line of the rice dumplings? That is the reverse side of the rice dumplings leaf.
10
Tip: Everyone see the recessed line ~ That is the front of the rice dumplings.
11
Step 7: Roll the large rice dumplings with three rice dumplings stuck together inwards.
12
Step 8: Twist the tail of the rice dumplings with your left hand! Put your thumbs down! Be sure to hold on tight.
13
Step 9: Put one-third of the glutinous rice on the bottom first.
14
Step 10: Put a piece of marinated meat.
15
Step 11: Continue to put glutinous rice ~ it's full.
16
Step 12: Pull the zongzi leaves forward! (Be careful not to break it too hard!)
17
Step 13: Turn the opening of the rice dumplings to the left ~ pinch off the excess rice dumplings with your nails.
18
Step 14: Find a smaller zongzi leaf as an insert ~ Insert it between the zongzi and the extra zongzi leaves just now ~ Insert it inside.
19
Step 15: Fold the excess rice dumplings from the previous step onto the rice dumplings you just inserted.
20
Step 16: Reverse the rice dumplings you just wrapped! The raised rice dumplings are facing me! Open up.
21
Step 17: Fold the upright rice dumplings outward.
22
Step 18: Wrap the rice dumplings folded in the previous step around the sharpest corner under the rice dumplings.
23
Step 19: Pull up the excess rice dumplings that have just wrapped the corner of rice dumplings.
24
Step 12: Round the rice dumplings that were just lifted up over the top of the rice dumplings.
25
Grab the wrapped rice dumplings.
26
Step 21: Grab the wrapped rice dumpling and wrap it around the top of the rice dumpling with yarn ~ knot it ~ Make sure it is tight! After completing this step, a beautiful rice dumpling is wrapped.
27
The last step is just cooking! Put the wrapped rice dumplings into a large pot and cook ~ it takes 5 hours to cook! Be careful to place rice dumplings neatly in the pot and cook them.
